FERRY FLIGHTS

Most ferry services are one pilot; I manage a professional, supervised flight operation:

  • I personally oversee every mission as Director of Operations
  • Experienced, vetted flightcrew — no need to source your own pilots
  • Real-time monitoring of flight progress, weather, and enroute issues
  • Proactive operational support to catch and correct issues early
  • Same level of care whether you’re moving a light piston or a transport-category aircraft

  1. Is container transport optimal? - I determine that it is for the mission, and/or the customer requests a container quote.

  2. Port identification - I select cities to be used, considering cost, availability, etc.

  3. Fly or truck - The method of moving the aircraft from its present location to the container-izer is determined. Ideally, the aircraft is airworthy and can be flown; if not it will need to be trucked to the container-izer.

  4. Services after port arrival - Typically, my mission ends with delivery at the destination port. However, upon customer request I can add other services such as ground transportation in the destination country, and re-assembly.

For light aircraft. A low-cost and very safe alternative to a lengthy ferry flight.
